Communications

Here in the Communication Department our aim is to spread the good news of the gospel and work of the church within the local and wider community. We aim to win souls for the Lord through different communication channels available.

Maintaining the church's website, updating our social media site and writing news stories and press releases are only some of the ways we share our message. Through our work, we create a clearer image of the church, its mission, activities and witness, so that many will become followers of Christ and members of His church.

The communication Department is also in charge of publishing and printing the weekly bulletin which can be found here.

What is a bulletin?
A bulletin is a small pamphlet, which contains; the order of the service, announcements, inspirational readings and important contact details.

What is the purpose of the church bulletin?
The bulletin can have many varied purposes. Here are just a few:

  • A method for communicating announcements.
  • A program for the worship service.
  • A way to solicit prayer requests.
  • A way to share generic church information (e.g., Where do kids go? What’s communion?, etc.).
  • A tangible connection people can take home and refer back to (go online, call the church, etc.).
